Abstract
This article analyzes the legal foundations for the protection of minors’ rights in the Republic of Uzbekistan, national and international legal norms aimed at ensuring the interests of children, state policy, and the activities of law enforcement agencies. In addition, the importance of the Constitution, the Law “On Guarantees of the Rights of the Child,” and international conventions in ensuring the rights and freedoms of minors is highlighted.References
