Abstract
This article analyzes modern mechanisms of financing cultural projects, their institutional and innovative foundations, as well as newly emerging financial approaches at the global level. The study explores not only traditional state funding systems but also the increasing role of private sector participation, international cooperation platforms, digital economy tools, and alternative investment models in supporting the cultural sector.References
