Abstract

: Mazkur maqolada turizm sohasida ovqatlanish xizmati muhim 
tarkibiy qism sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Ovqatlanish xizmati nafaqat sayyohlarning 
asosiy ehtiyojlarini qondirishda, balki ma’lum bir hududning gastronomik merosini va 
madaniy xususiyatlarini namoyish etishda ham muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Tadqiqotda 
ovqatlanish xizmatining sifatiga ta’sir etuvchi asosiy omillar, jumladan, mijozlar 
qoniqishi, xodimlarning professionalligi, menyu xilma-xilligi hamda gigiyena va 
xavfsizlik standartlariga rioya etish masalalari tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, maqolada 
ovqatlanish xizmatining iqtisodiy ahamiyati va uning barqaror turizmni 
rivojlantirishdagi o‘rni yoritilgan. Turli mamlakatlar tajribasini o‘rganish asosida 
ovqatlanish xizmatlarini takomillashtirish va sayyohlar uchun yanada jozibador qilish 
bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar berilgan.
