Abstract
This article aims to systematize psychoneurological disturbances in Parkinson’s disease and provide an integrative interpretation of their pathogenesis. A narrative-systematic literature review combined with comparative clinical conceptualization was applied across international and regional sources. Results indicate that cognitive decline, depression, anxiety, apathy, psychosis, and sleep disorders form interrelated clinical clusters. The contribution lies in clarifying how non-motor symptoms should be incorporated into clinical decision-making in Parkinson’s disease.
