Abstract

Akne (Acne vulgaris) patogenezida teri mikrobiomasi, xususan Cutibacterium acnes filotiplarining oʻzaro mutanosibligi va disbiozi tahlil qilinadi. Yogʻ bezlari gipersekretsiyasi sharoitida immun tizimining faollashishi hamda mahalliy yalligʻlanish kaskadining gomeostazga ta'siri yoritilgan. Filogenetik guruhlarning patologik jarayondagi oʻrni zamonaviy molekulyar-genetik ma’lumotlar asosida koʻrsatib oʻtilgan.
