Abstract

Mazkur maqolada jismoniy faollikning inson salomatligiga ta’siri hamda yosh guruhlariga qarab jismoniy faoliyatni tashkil etish bo‘yicha Jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tashkiloti (JSST) tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan tavsiyalar tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy turmush tarzining passivlashuvi natijasida jismoniy faollikning kamayishi global muammoga aylangan. Maqolada bolalar, o‘smirlar, kattalar va keksa yoshdagilar uchun jismoniy faollik me’yorlari, ularning ilmiy asoslari, sog‘liqni saqlashdagi ahamiyati hamda statistik ma’lumotlar asosida yoritilgan. Shuningdek, jismoniy faollikning yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari, semizlik, diabet va ruhiy salomatlikka ta’siri muhokama qilinadi.
