Abstract
Onkogen viruslar (onkoviruslar) inson saratonining global yuklamasining muhim qismini — taxminan 12–20% ini tashkil etuvchi oldini olish mumkin bo‘lgan etiologik omillar hisoblanadi. Jahon Sog‘liqni Saqlash Tashkiloti (JSST) va Xalqaro Saraton Tadqiqotlari Agentligi (IARC) ma’lumotlariga ko‘ra, 2025-yil holatiga kelib inson uchun kanserogen sifatida tasniflangan yetti ta asosiy virus mavjud: inson papilloma virusi (HPV, yuqori xavfli tiplar), gepatit B virusi (HBV), gepatit C virusi (HCV), Epstein-Barr virusi (EBV), Kaposi sarkomasi bilan bog‘liq gerpes virusi (KSHV/HHV-8), inson T-limfotrop virusi tip 1 (HTLV-1) va Merkel hujayra poliomavirusi (MCPyV).
