Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqola dukkakli o'simliklar oilasiga mansub beda (Medicago sativa) nihollarini dorivor va ozuqaviy maqsadlarda qayta ishlash texnologiyasini o'rganishga bag'ishlangan. Tadqiqot davomida nihollarni o'stirish, ularni sanitariya talablariga muvofiq tozalash va vitaminlar parchalanishini oldini oluvchi past haroratli (40–42°C) quritish usullari tahlil qilindi
