Abstract

Ratsional ovqatlanish – bu inson salomatligini saqlash, normal o‘sish va rivojlanishni ta’minlash hamda kasalliklarning oldini olishga qaratilgan ovqatlanish tizimi. Maqolada ratsional ovqatlanishning biologik, fiziologik va tibbiy asoslari, makro va mikroelementlarning organizmga ta’siri, shuningdek, turli yosh guruhlari uchun optimal ovqatlanish prinsiplari tahlil qilinadi. Jadval shaklida kunlik tavsiya etilgan oziq-ovqat miqdorlari va oziq-ovqat tarkibi keltirilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari ratsional ovqatlanishning sog‘liqni mustahkamlashdagi ahamiyatini ochib beradi va amaliy tavsiyalar beradi.
