Abstract
Jismoniy faollik inson salomatligini saqlash va ko‘plab kasalliklarning oldini olishda muhim omil hisoblanadi. Jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tashkiloti tomonidan turli yosh guruhlari uchun jismoniy faollikning optimal darajasi bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan. Ushbu maqolada bolalar, o‘smirlar, kattalar va keksa yoshdagi insonlar uchun tavsiya etiladigan jismoniy faollik miqdori hamda uning salomatlikka ta’siri tahlil qilinadi.
