Abstract
O‘tkir qorin sindromi (O‘QS) – qorin bo‘shlig‘ida to‘satdan paydo bo‘ladigan og‘riq va umumiy holatning tez yomonlashuvi bilan kechadigan, ko‘pincha shoshilinch jarrohlik aralashuvni talab qiluvchi klinik holatdir. Mazkur maqolada O‘QSning etiologik omillari, klinik va instrumental diagnostika imkoniyatlari hamda zamonaviy davolash yondashuvlari tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotda klinik kuzatuv va adabiyotlar tahlili asosida umumlashtirilgan xulosalar keltirildi. Natijalar O‘QSda erta tashxis va differensial yondashuvning ahamiyatini ko‘rsatadi.
