Abstract
Yuqori jag‘ning yon bo‘limlarida alveolyar suyak to‘qimasining atrofiyasi dental implantatsiyani o‘tkazishda asosiy cheklovchi omillardan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu tadqiqot yuqori jag‘ implantatsiyasida sinus augmentatsiyasi usullarining klinik va rentgenologik samaradorligini taqqoslama baholashga qaratilgan. Tadqiqotda yuqori jag‘ pazuxasi dnosi past joylashgan 42 nafar bemor ishtirok etdi.
