Abstract
В данной статье представлено углубленное криминологическое исследование преступности среди несовершеннолетних и молодёжи, её структуры, детерминант и социальных последствий. Анализируя сложное взаимодействие психологических, социальных, семейных и экономических факторов, побуждающих несовершеннолетних и молодёжь к преступному поведению, исследование выявляет ключевые механизмы, отличающие подростковую преступность от преступности взрослых.
