Abstract
Mazkur maqolada markaziy endokrin tizimning asosiy tarkibiy qismlari — gipotalamus, gipofiz va epifizning gistologik, sitologik va embriologik rivojlanish xususiyatlari o‘rganilgan. Gipotalamus va gipofizning funksional birligi, hujayraviy tarkibi, to‘qima tuzilishi va endokrin regulyatsiyadagi o‘zaro ta’siri yevropalik olimlarning ilmiy tadqiqotlari asosida tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, epifiz bezining fotoreseptor funksiyasi va melatonin sekretsiyasi orqali sirkadiyal ritmlarni boshqarishdagi roli yoritiladi.
