Abstract

Ushbu maqolada artishok (Cynara scolymus L.) o‘simligining o‘sish va rivojlanish bosqichlari, biologik xususiyatlari hamda agrotexnik talablariga oid masalalar yoritilgan. Artishokning vegetativ va generativ rivojlanish jarayonlari, unga ta’sir qiluvchi tuproq-iqlim omillari va parvarish usullari ilmiy asosda bayon etilgan. Shuningdek, ushbu o‘simlikning oziq-ovqat, dorivor va xo‘jalik ahamiyati ham tahlil qilinadi. Maqola artishok yetishtirishni kengaytirish istagida bo‘lgan fermerlar, agrotexniklar va biolog olimlar uchun foydali ma’lumot manbai bo‘lib xizmat qiladi
