Abstract
Many people on our planet suffer from the lack of some useful substances in the body. A long-term lack of iron in the human body sooner or later leads to the development of a disease known as "iron deficiency anemia". Today, this disease is spreading widely among children and adolescents. The occurrence of this disease especially among young organisms does not only affect their poor health, but also hinders their development in all aspects.
