Abstract
This article analyzes the influence of self-management skills on the formation of leadership qualities in primary school students. The study examined the impact of competencies such as self-control, goal setting, emotional regulation, and independent decision-making on students’ ability to lead within a group. The research was conducted using a quantitative method, and the results showed that students with a higher level of self-management also demonstrated higher leadership indicators. The findings of the article substantiate the importance of pedagogical approaches aimed at developing self-management skills in the process of primary education.References
