Abstract

Hozirgi zamon biotexnologiyalarining eng ilg‘or yo‘nalishlaridan biri CRISPR-Cas9 texnologiyasidir. Bu usul genetik tahrirlash vositasi sifatida turli irsiy kasalliklarni davolash va oldini olishda samarali vosita sifatida qaralmoqda. Ushbu maqolada CRISPR-Cas9 texnologiyasining ishlash mexanizmi, genetik kasalliklarni davolashdagi amaliy qo‘llanilishi va kelajak istiqbollari batafsil tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, CRISPR bilan bog‘liq xavfsizlik, axloqiy va huquqiy muammolar ham muhokama etiladi.
