Abstract

Qovoq urug‘i va yog‘i bioaktiv moddalarga boyligi sababli ularning sog‘liq uchun foydali xususiyatlari katta. Shu tufayli qovoq urug‘lari tibbiyotda va oziq-ovqatda alohida o‘rinni egallaydi. Ushbu maqolada qovoq urug‘ining kimyoviy tarkibi, dorivor xususiyatlari, oziq-ovqat sanoatida qoʻllanilishi va anʼanaviy tibbiyotdagi ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Qovoq urug‘i asosan, oqsil, tolalar, ko‘p miqdorda to‘yintirilmagan yog‘ kislotalari, rux, fitosterollar, vitaminlar, karotenoid, tokoferollar, kabi foydali moddalar bilan boydir.
