Abstract

Farg‘ona viloyati bolalar aholisida surunkali periodontitning tarqalishi ekologik omillar, stomatologik yordam darajasi va atmosfera ifloslanishiga bog‘liq holda o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot davomida hududlar kasallanish ko‘rsatkichi va xavf darajasi bo‘yicha tasniflandi. Surunkali periodontitni aniqlash uchun diagnostik mezonlar ishlab chiqildi, bu esa tekshiruv hajmini kamaytirishga imkon berdi. Matematik-kartografik modellashtirish asosida patologiyaning hududiy tarqalish qonuniyatlari aniqlandi va yuqori xavfli zonalar belgilandi. Shuningdek, so‘lakdagi IgA, sIgA, IgG va IgM immunoglobulinlari hamda limfotsitlar foizining diagnostik ahamiyati isbotlandi, bu bolalarda surunkali periodontitni aniqlash samaradorligini oshirdi.
