Abstract
This thesis examines the digitalization of tax administration and its effectiveness. The study analyzes how modern information and communication technologies contribute to increased tax revenues, improved tax control, reduced administrative costs, and enhanced taxpayer services. The advantages of electronic tax services, online cash registers, and electronic document management systems are also discussed. The findings indicate that digitalization is a key factor in improving the efficiency and transparency of tax administration.References
