Abstract
Jismoniy faollik inson organizmining somatik va psixik salomatligini ta’minlovchi muhim biologik-ijtimoiy omil hisoblanadi. Zamonaviy hayot tarzida gipodinamiya (kamharakatlik) keng tarqalib, bu holat yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari, metabolik buzilishlar hamda ruhiy holatning yomonlashuviga olib kelmoqda. Ushbu tezisda jismoniy faollikning neyrofiziologik asoslari, psixologik ta’siri hamda sog‘lom turmush tarzidagi o‘rni ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi
