Abstract
In recent years, cardiovascular diseases have emerged as a critical socio-economic and clinical challenge, exacerbated by an aging population and prevalent conditions like metabolic syndrome, obesity, diabetes, and hypertension. Traditional diagnostic and treatment methods often fall short, necessitating the integration of innovative technologies in modern cardiology. Digital medicine, AI-driven ECG and imaging analysis, advanced CT/MRI, and minimally invasive interventional procedures are significantly improving clinical outcomes and fostering personalized medicine. The rising incidence of heart disease complications in the working-age population also burdens healthcare systems. Enhancing innovative diagnostics and treatments is vital for early detection, complication reduction, and improving patient longevity and quality of life. Thus, scientifically validating and implementing these approaches is a key research direction. Studies confirm the enhanced efficacy of modern diagnostics. 3D/4D echocardiography detected left ventricular pathologies 30% more effectively than traditional methods in 80 patients. AI-based ECG analysis achieved 92–96% accuracy in arrhythmia detection, minimizing human-dependent errors. Coronary stenting reduced recurrent ischemic attacks by 40% over six months. These results demonstrate that innovative treatments and artificial implantation methods reduce cardiovascular disease complications, boost clinical effectiveness, and accelerate patient recovery. In conclusion, innovative treatments like minimal invasive interventions, coronary stenting, artificial valve implantation, and cardiac resynchronization therapy improve patient quality of life, shorten recovery, and enhance clinical efficacy. Recent research highlights that these advanced diagnostic and therapeutic methods significantly increase the accuracy and effectiveness of cardiovascular disease management. High-precision imaging and AI enable early detection of critical conditions and structural changes. Broad adoption of innovative approaches facilitates early diagnosis, reduces complications, and improves clinical outcomes, underscoring their strategic importance in modern cardiology's evolution.References
