Abstract
Ushbu dissertatsiya ishida oliy ta’lim muassasalarida korrupsiyani oldini olishda milliy qonunchilik va xalqaro tajribani uyg‘unlashtirish imkoniyatlari tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, xalqaro standartlar va ilg‘or tajribalarni milliy qonunchilik bilan uyg‘unlashtirish orqali ta’lim jarayonida vakolatlarni suiiste’mol qilish, imtihonlarda adolatsizlik va moliyaviy resurslarning noto‘g‘ri taqsimlanishi kabi korrupsiya holatlarini kamaytirish mumkin. Dissertatsiyada, shuningdek, monitoring tizimlari, shaffof boshqaruv va axloqiy-ma’naviy muhitni shakllantirish orqali oliy ta’limdagi korrupsiyaga qarshi samarali mexanizmlar tavsiya etildi.
