Abstract

 Mazkur ishda gemotsitopoez — qon hujayralarining hosil bo‘lishi va rivojlanishi jarayonining boshqaruv mexanizmlari yoritiladi. Gemotsitopoez asosan suyak ko‘migida kechib, gemopoetik ildiz hujayralarning differensiyalanishi va proliferatsiyasi orqali amalga oshadi. Ushbu jarayon sitokinlar, o‘sish omillari, gormonlar hamda mikroatrof-muhit (suyak ko‘migi stromasi) ta’siri ostida qat’iy nazorat qilinadi. Eritropoez, leykopoez va trombotsitopoez jarayonlarining regulyatsiyasida eritropoetin, koloniya-stimullovchi omillar va trombopoetin muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Gemotsitopoezning muvozanatli boshqarilishi organizmda kislorod tashilishi, immun himoya va gemostazni ta’minlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Jarayon buzilishlari turli gematologik kasalliklar rivojlanishiga olib kelishi mumkin.
