Abstract

Ushbu maqolada inklyuziv ta'lim tizimi ishtirokchilarining xususan,pedagoglarning kasbiy so’nish jarayonini boshqarish masalalariga bag'ishlangan.Tadqiqotning maqsadi va muammolarni hal qilish va so’nish jarayonini oldini olish bo'yicha samarali usullarini aniqlashdir.Nazariy tahlil, sotsiologik so'rovlar va anketalashtirish metodlaridan foydalanilgan holda, AQSH va Finlyandiya kabi rivojlangan davlatlarning tajribasi o'rganildi. O'tkazilgan tahlillar natijasida kasbiy yuklamalarni optimallashtirish, psixologik yordam markazlarini tashkil etish va pedagoglar uchun alohida ta'lim yo'nalishlarini ochish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi.
