Abstract
Music has always been an integral part of human life, influencing emotions, behavior, and overall well-being. This paper explores the psychological impact of music on humans, analyzing how different genres and rhythms affect mood, cognitive performance, and stress levels. Studies have shown that music can serve as a therapeutic tool for reducing anxiety, enhancing memory, and improving social interaction. The research also discusses potential limitations of music consumption, such as overreliance
or exposure to negative lyrical content.
