Abstract
Maqolada internetdan ortiqcha foydalanish va ijtimoiy tarmoqlarda uzoq vaqt o‘tkazish bilan bog‘liq ruhiy tushkunlik holatlari o‘rganiladi. Raqamli texnologiyalar yoshlar hayotining ajralmas qismiga aylangan bo‘lsa-da, ular ruhiy salomatlikka salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin. Tadqiqot natijalari internetdan muvozanatli foydalanish va ruhiy salomatlikni qo‘llab-quvvatlash bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga yordam beradi.
