Abstract

Radial immunodifuziya (RID) usuli yordamida qon plazmasidagi immunoglobulinlar (IgG, IgA, IgM) miqdoriy tahlili va ularning ABO va Rh qon turlari bilan bog‘liqligi keng ko‘lamda o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot immunologik tahlilning aniqligi va qon turlari bilan immunoglobulin darajasining korrelyatsiyasini aniqlashga qaratilgan bo‘lib, klinik diagnostika va immunologik tadqiqotlarda qon guruhlarining rolini baholashni maqsad qildi. Tadqiqotda 300 nafar sog‘lom donorning qon plazmasi namunalari tahlil qilindi, immunoglobulinlar RID usuli yordamida o‘lchandi va qon turlari bilan statistik taqqoslash amalga oshirildi. Natijalar immunoglobulin darajalari va qon turlari o‘rtasida sezilarli bog‘liqlikni ko‘rsatdi, ayniqsa IgM va Rh faktori o‘rtasida kuchli korrelyatsiya aniqlandi (p < 0.01). Tadqiqot natijalari qon guruhlarining immun tizimi faoliyatiga ta’sirini va RID usulining klinik diagnostikada qo‘llanilishini tasdiqladi. Ushbu tadqiqot avtoimmun kasalliklar, allergik holatlar va immunitetni baholashda qon turlari omilini hisobga olish muhimligini ta’kidladi, shuningdek, kelajakdagi tadqiqotlar uchun yangi yo‘nalishlarni ochdi.
