Abstract

 

Ushbu tezisda bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarda kreativ salohiyatni rivojlantirish uchun zarur bo‘lgan qadriyatli, tashkiliy va pedagogik shart-sharoitlar tahlil qilinadi. Kreativlik, jamiyatning zamonaviy talablari va ta'lim tizimining o‘zgaruvchan dinamikasiga javoban, ta'lim jarayonining ajralmas qismiga aylanmoqda. O‘qituvchilarda kreativ salohiyatni rivojlantirish, nafaqat individual pedagogik yondashuvni, balki o‘quvchilarga zamonaviy va innovatsion usullarni o‘rgatishni ham talab qiladi. Ushbu tadqiqotda o‘qituvchilarning kreativ salohiyatini rivojlantirish uchun samarali tashkil etilgan ta'lim muhitining, o‘qituvchining shaxsiy va professional qadriyatlarining o‘rni tahlil etiladi.
