Abstract
Ushbu maqolada yurak ishemik kasalligi (YuIK) bilan og'rigan bemorlarda psixologik yondashuvning kardiak reabilitatsiya samaradorligiga ta'siri tahlil qilingan. Zamonaviy kardiak reabilitatsiya dasturlarida psixologik intervensiyani integratsiya qilish muhimligi, depressiya va tashvishlanishning kasallik prognoziga salbiy ta'siri, shuningdek kognitiv-xulq terapiyasi (KXT), mindfulness va guruhli psixoterapiyaning klinik natijalarga ijobiy ta'siri ko'rib chiqilgan. Xulosa sifatida, ko'p bosqichli reabilitatsiya tizimida psixologik komponentni majburiy element sifatida joriy etish zarurligi asoslangan.
