Abstract
Sog‘lom ovqatlanish inson organizmining normal fiziologik faoliyatini ta’minlovchi asosiy omillardan biri bo‘lib, zamonaviy tibbiyotda surunkali noinfeksion kasalliklarning profilaktikasida markaziy o‘rin egallaydi. Noto‘g‘ri ovqatlanish, ortiqcha kaloriya iste’moli, mikro va makroelementlar nomutanosibligi metabolik buzilishlarga olib kelib, semizlik, qandli diabet, arterial gipertenziya va yurak-qon tomir kasalliklarining rivojlanishiga zamin yaratadi. Ushbu tezisda sog‘lom ovqatlanishning patofiziologik asoslari, uning organizmga ta’sir mexanizmlari hamda profilaktik tibbiyotdagi o‘rni ilmiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi.
