Abstract
Maqolada zamonaviy inson hayotining ajralmas qismi bo‘lib qolgan stress holatining psixologik mohiyati, yuzaga kelish sabablari va uning organizmga ta’siri ilmiy asosda tahlil qilinadi. Stress inson salomatligi va ruhiy barqarorligiga sezilarli darajada ta’sir ko‘rsatib, uning faoliyat samaradorligini pasaytirishi mumkin. Tadqiqotda stress manbalari, ularning tashqi va ichki omillar bilan bog‘liqligi keng tahlil qilinib, stressni boshqarishning zamonaviy psixologik usullari — nafas olish texnikalari, jismoniy faollik, ijtimoiy qo‘llab-quvvatlash, meditatsiya, mindfulness, psixoterapiya va kognitiv yondashuvlarning samaradorligi ilmiy nuqtai nazardan yoritiladi. Maqolada stressni boshqarish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar ham keltirilgan bo‘lib, bu inson ruhiy salomatligini mustahkamlash va barqarorlikni ta’minlashda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
