Abstract

0–3 yoshdagi bolalarda erta antibiotikoterapiya ichak mikrobiomasida vaqtinchalik disbiozga sabab bo‘lib, o‘tkir ta’sir davrida xilma-xillikni pasaytiradi, ammo 1–2 oy ichida tiklanishni ta’minlaydi. Uzoq muddatli ta’sirlar patogenlar (masalan, Enterobacteriales)ni selektiv ravishda bostirish, umumiy xilma-xillikka minimal ta’sir va immun javobning o‘zgarishini o‘z ichiga oladi, bu allergiya, metabolik buzilishlar va vaktsina immunogenligi o‘zgarishlari xavfini oshirishi mumkin. Ehtiyotkorlik bilan qo‘llash mikrobial muvozanatni saqlash va salbiy salomatlik yo‘nalishlarini yumshatish uchun zarur.
