Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqot ishida metallar va qotishmalarda kechadigan diffuziya jarayonlarining fizik-kimyoviy mexanizmlari chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Diffuziya koeffitsiyentining kristall panjara nuqsonlariga va haroratga bog‘liqligi o‘rganilgan. Maqolada mashinasozlikning muhim bo‘g‘ini bo‘lgan kimyoviy-termik ishlov berish usullari — sementasiya va nitridasiyaning samaradorligini oshirish bo‘yicha yangi texnologik yechimlar taklif etilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari materiallarning yuzaki qattiqligi va korroziyaga chidamliligini oshirishda amaliy ahamiyatga ega.
