Abstract

Ushbu maqola kovul (Brassica napus) o‘simligining biologik tarkibi, tarkibidagi asosiy bioaktiv birikmalar va ekotizimdagi tarqalishi xususiyatlarini yoritadi. Maqolada kovulning ozuqaviy qiymati, yog‘ kislotalari, aminokislotalar va fitokimyoviy moddalari kabi tarkibiy elementlar ilmiy manbalarga tayangan holda tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, uning geografik tarqalishi, ekofiziologik xususiyatlari va agronomik ahamiyati ham ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqola qishloq xo‘jaligi, oziq-ovqat va bioenergetika sohalarida kovul o‘simligining potentsialini baholashga qaratilgan.
