Abstract

Ushbu maqola ispan va o‘zbek tillaridagi gastronomik atamalarning milliy madaniyatni aks ettirish xususiyatlarini o‘rganadi. Gastronomik leksika nafaqat ovqat va taom nomlarini, balki xalqning tarixiy merosi, ijtimoiy qadriyatlar, oilaviy munosabatlar, mehmondo‘stlik va bayram an’analarini ham ifodalaydi. O‘zbek tilida “osh” (palov), “non”, “somsa”, “lag‘mon” kabi atamalar milliy birlik, oilaviy yig‘in, to‘y-maraka va mehmon kutish madaniyatining ramzlari bo‘lib, UNESCO ro‘yxatiga kiritilgan palov tayyorlash an’anasi orqali jamiyatdagi ijtimoiy aloqalarni mustahkamlaydi.
