Abstract

Ushbu maqolada inson organizmini chiniqtirishning fiziologik va gigiyenik asoslari, uning organizmga ta’siri hamda zamonaviy tibbiyot nuqtai nazaridan ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Tanani chiniqtirish inson organizmining tashqi muhit omillariga moslashuvchanligini oshiradi, immun tizimini mustahkamlaydi hamda turli kasalliklarning oldini olishda muhim rol o‘ynaydi. Maqolada chiniqtirish jarayonining asosiy tamoyillari, usullari va ularning organizmga ta’siri ilmiy adabiyotlar asosida yoritilgan. Shuningdek, sovuq, havo va suv muolajalari orqali organizmning moslashuv mexanizmlari ham tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, muntazam va to‘g‘ri tashkil etilgan chiniqtirish jarayoni inson sog‘lig‘ini mustahkamlashda samarali vosita hisoblanadi.
