Abstract
Bachadon miomasi reproduktiv yoshdagi ayollarda uchraydigan eng ko'p benign ginekologik o'smalardan biri bo'lib, u ko'p hayz ko'rish, tos og'rig'i, bosim simptomlari, temir tanqisligi anemiyasi va reproduktiv muammolar bilan namoyon bo'lishi mumkin. Zamonaviy klinik amaliyotda tashxis qo'yish birgina fizik ko'rik bilan cheklanmaydi; transvaginal UZI, pelvik UZI, sonogisterografiya, gistroskopiya va zarur holatlarda MRT mioma soni, hajmi, joylashuvi hamda endometriy kavitasiga ta'sirini aniqlashda muhim ahamiyat kasb etadi.
