Abstract
Tadqiqotning markaziy g‘oyasi shundan iboratki, kasalliklarning katta qismi faqat klinik davolash yo‘li bilan emas, balki kundalik xulq-atvorni boshqarish, profilaktik tekshiruvlarga rioya qilish, uyqu va stress gigienasini me’yorlashtirish, to‘g‘ri ovqatlanish, jismoniy faollikni oshirish, tamaki va alkogoldan voz kechish orqali oldini olish mumkin.
