Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bachadon miomasi haqida umumiy tushuncha, uning rivojlanishiga olib keluvchi omillar, klinik belgilari, zamonaviy diagnostika va davolash yondashuvlari tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, menstrual sikl buzilishlarining gormonal, yallig'lanishli, strukturaviy, endokrin va funksional sabablari izohlanadi. Maqolada bachadon miomasi bilan menstrual buzilishlar o'rtasidagi bog'liqlik, ayniqsa ko'p hayz kelishi, siklning uzayishi, og'riqli hayz hamda reproduktiv salomatlikka ta'siri yoritiladi. Klinisyen uchun muhim bo'lgan amaliy xulosalar sifatida bemorni individual baholash, qon yo'qotish darajasi, mioma tugunining joylashuvi, ayolning yoshi va fertillik rejasini hisobga olib davolash taktikasini tanlash zarurligi asoslab beriladi.
