Abstract

Chiqindi shinalardan olingan ikkilamchi rezina asosida gidroizolyatsion qoplama tayyorlash qurilish materialshunosligi va ekologik texnologiyalar kesishgan sohada istiqbolli yo‘nalish hisoblanadi, chunki mazkur yondashuv bir vaqtning o‘zida chiqindini kamaytirish va yuqori qo‘shimcha qiymatli qoplama olish imkonini beradi.

Ikkilamchi rezina tarkibida vulkanizatsiyalangan elastomer zanjirlari, uglerod qora (carbon black), plastifikatorlar va antioksidantlar mavjud bo‘lib, bu komponentlar qoplamaning elastikligi, suvga chidamliligi va atmosfera barqarorligini shakllantiradi.
          Ushbu maqolada ikkilamchi rezinaning dispers faza sifatidagi roli, polimer bog‘lovchining matriks sifatidagi funksiyasi, fazalararo adgeziya mexanizmi, devulkanizatsiya va yuzani faollashtirish usullarining qoplama sifatiga ta’siri ilmiy asosda yoritiladi.
