Abstract

Diabetik nefropatiya qandli diabetning eng og‘ir va prognoz jihatdan noqulay asoratlaridan biri bo‘lib, buyraklarning glomerulyar apparati va tomir tizimining asta-sekin zararlanishi bilan tavsiflanadi. Kasallik uzoq muddatli giperglikemiya fonida rivojlanib, mikroalbuminuriya, proteinuriya va buyrak funksiyasining pasayishi bilan kechadi. Ushbu tezisda diabetik nefropatiyaning rivojlanish mexanizmlari, erta diagnostika mezonlari va zamonaviy profilaktik yondashuvlar tahlil qilinadi. O‘z vaqtida aniqlash va glyukemik hamda arterial bosimni samarali nazorat qilish kasallikning rivojlanishini sekinlashtirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligi asoslab beriladi.
