Abstract
Maqola savdo korxonalarida innovatsion boshqaruv mexanizmlari va ularning samaradorligini oshirish usullarini tahlil qiladi. Innovatsion boshqaruv modellarining turlari, ularni joriy etish jarayoni va korxona faoliyatiga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, zamonaviy texnologiyalar va raqamli vositalarning biznes jarayonlarini optimallashtirishdagi roli yoritilgan.
