Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ta’lim tizimini moliyalashtirish bosqichlarining tarixiy shakllanish jarayoni, ularning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy asoslari va o‘ziga xos xususiyatlari tahlil qilinadi. Dastlabki diniy va xayriya asosidagi moliyalashtirish tizimlaridan boshlab, ijtimoiy davlat (velfer) modeli hamda zamonaviy inklyuziv moliyalashtirish tizimigacha bo‘lgan evolyutsiya jarayoni ilmiy asosda yoritilgan. Shuningdek, turli davr va hududlarda ta’limni moliyalashtirishning manbalari, ijobiy va salbiy jihatlari o‘rganilib, zamonaviy O‘zbekiston ta’lim tizimi uchun muhim xulosalar va takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
