Abstract

Ushbu maqolada mitoxondriyaning tuzilishi, funksiyasi, kelib chiqishi va inson hayotidagi ahamiyati keng yoritiladi. Mitoxondriya “hujayraning energiya markazi” sifatida tanilgan bo‘lib, u adenosin trifosfat (ATF) ishlab chiqarish orqali hujayraning barcha biologik jarayonlarini ta’minlaydi. Maqolada mitoxondriyalarning ikki qavatli membranasi, o‘z DNKsiga ega bo‘lishi, energiya almashinuvidagi roli, shuningdek, mitoxondrial kasalliklar va qarish jarayonidagi ishtiroki tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, zamonaviy ilm-fan nuqtayi nazaridan mitoxondriyaning evolyutsion kelib chiqishi va uning genetik mustaqilligi haqidagi nazariyalar ham muhokama qilinadi.
