Abstract

Mazkur maqola XX asr siyosiy yetakchilari — Sharl de Goll, Fransisko Franko, Adolf Gitler va Uinston Cherchillning ta’lim yo‘li, intellektual shakllanishi va siyosiy faoliyatiga ta’limning ta’sirini tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqotda solishtirma-tahliliy va tarixiy-biografik metodlardan foydalanilgan. Ish natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, yuqori sifatli harbiy yoki intellektual ta’lim olgan yetakchilar (de Goll va Cherchill) demokratik va konstruktiv boshqaruv uslubini tanlagan, ta’limdan chetda qolgan yoki bir yoqlama tarbiya olgan shaxslar (Gitler va Franko) esa avtoritar boshqaruvga intilgan.
