Abstract

Ushbu maqolada sun’iy nafas apparatining bemor organizmiga ko‘rsatadigan foydali va nojo‘ya ta’sirlari klinik nuqtayi nazardan yoritilgan. Zamonaviy intensiv terapiyada mexanik ventilyatsiya o‘pkalarning gaz almashinuvini ta’minlashda, nafas olish mushaklari ishdan chiqqan hollarda, og‘ir respirator sindromlarda hamda reanimatsion amaliyotda keng qo‘llaniladi. Shu bilan birga, uning uzoq muddatli qo‘llanilishi qator asoratlarni keltirib chiqarishi mumkin. Maqolada ushbu apparatning terapevtik imkoniyatlari va xavf-xatarlari, shuningdek, undan oqilona foydalanish bo‘yicha ilmiy tavsiyalar yoritilgan.
