Abstract
Ushbu maqolada talabalar taʼlimi jarayonida jahon adabiyoti orqali kross-madaniy kompetentlikni shakllantirish masalalari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Madaniyatlararo kommunikatsiyaning samaradorligini oshirish va talabalarni madaniy farqlarni anglashga o‘rgatish, ayniqsa, ta’limiy mobillik sharoitida ahamiyatlidir. Maqola kross-madaniy kompetentlikning asosiy komponentlarini, jumladan, adabiyot va madaniyatlararo muloqot orqali o‘rgatish metodlarini tahlil qiladi. Ushbu maqola xalqaro ta’lim almashinuvi va adabiyotning o‘qitishdagi rolini ochib beradi.
