Abstract
This article states that the upbringing of an individual is an extremely complex activity, and since ancient times, mature representatives of society have been involved in this activity. This situation implies that the upbringing of the younger generation and the content of its organization are important not only for personal development but also for determining the progress of society. In the current conditions, society's demands on the teaching profession are increasing day by day, and the task of correctly organizing these demands in practice depends on the teacher. A modern teacher performs a number of tasks. The teacher is primarily the organizer of the educational process.References
